IN HARMONY WITH NATURE

Forest & Flowers Retreat offers stays, workshops, weddings and events in a private woodland setting on 50 acres in western Pennsylvania.

We’re cultivating a woodland botanical farm for pollinators and people, to add diversity to the ecosystem, and promote and practice regenerative soil tending.  Our intention is that guests feel their energy being restored as they attune to the rewilding sensation of connecting with the natural world.

The Retreat House offers overnight stays for up to 6 people, and was intentionally designed with a combination of simple modern luxuries, natural decor, and organic furnishings for a minimalist, down-to-earth feel.

“Sustain the ones who sustain you and the Earth will last forever.”

JENNI HULBURT

founder & steward of the land

I’m lifelong kin to Pennsylvania through my maternal grandparents who once called this place their home.  Since 2004, I’ve studied human and exercise physiology, created online fitness programs, and taught aromatherapy workshops.  I’m a plant woman and student of herbalism, my reverence for nature is potent, and my intuition is deep.  I feel most alive when I unearth the sacred in the ordinary.  I’m a writer, creative, teacher, and tender of plants.  I’m nourished by the food and medicine I cultivate, and grateful for what I’m learning on the special patch of Earth I get to steward at Forest & Flowers Retreat.
